Lennie's Removals

-     The agreement represents the sole agreement between Lennie’s Removals and the customer.

-     The quote has been prepared from information from customer at time, if there are any changes to the list of items, distance, stairs levels or date of move the final price may change accordingly.

-     If doors needs to be taken off because of items not fitting through we will have to charge extra.

-     Any items that doesn’t fit through stair cases and the railings of the staircases needs to be removed there will be extra charge.

-     Payment shall be done in full cash on the day of the move or EFT one day before the move. Payment needs to be done before off loading will take place.

-     As security for all money owing for the handling of the goods Lennie’s Removals shall have lien over all goods until Lennie’s removals has been paid in full.

-     Lennie’s Removals reserves the right to take damaged goods to a contractor of their choice.

-     Interest will be charge a 5% compounded monthly on all unpaid accounts.

-     You may not withhold any payment because of any claim you may wish to make against us.
